Required Forms Info

  • All players must be rostered and have completed the online NSC Liability Waiver (see below) in order to be eligible to play.​
  • Players not on the roster and/or players without a current liability waiver on file by dates indicated above are not eligible to participate in the league and will be removed from the roster by the league registrar.
  • Ineligible players will result in a forfeit. 
  • Revisions must be made 48 hours prior to teams first game. After that any revisions need to be approved and completed by league director.
  • League director has discretion to add players after roster deadline.
  • Players may only be rostered on one team per division.
  • Official rosters will be available to referees by the league monitor.

Roster

 

  • Team Managers are required to set up a Team Manager Account online in order to enter team roster.
  • You can manage your team's roster online, making it easy to drop and add players using your team manager account.
  • You will need your team ID number you received after registering.
  • Please note that the team roster must be completed before players can complete the online NSC Liability waiver.
