Application Deadlines

Spring Session III - March 9, 2023 (Registration Closed)

Required Forms and Fees Deadlines

  • All players must be identified on the current team roster and have completed the online NSC Liability Waiver prior to playing and the roster freeze date.
  • Rosters will be frozen.
    You will no longer be able to make roster changes 
    • Spring Session III: March 30, 2023
  • Players with missing waivers will be removed from the roster and are ineligible to play 
  • Ineligible players may result in a forfeit.
  • Current official team rosters are available to the referees at the monitor’s desk in the event of a challenge. See rules.

REFUND POLICY

  • Teams dropping from the league prior to that registered league's deadline will receive a voucher in the amount of the team fee. The voucher may be used towards another NSC league within a year of the team dropping. The voucher may not be used for tournaments.
  • Teams dropping from the league on or after that league's deadline will not receive a voucher
  • If a customer (club, *team, individual) is required to quarantine due to illness or exposure to the COVID-19 virus, and are unable to participate for this reason, a refund will be not be issued unless done within the parameters of the existing policy. The event director will reschedule, if possible. Reschedules are not guaranteed to be on the same day or time as originally scheduled.

    *Roster adjustments maybe allowed per event directors discretion.

Required Forms

  • All players must be listed on the roster and complete the online NSC Liability Waiver (see waiver information below)
  • Players  with missing waiver by the roster freeze date will be removed from the roster and are ineligible to play
  • Official rosters will be available to referees by the league monitor.

Roster

  • Manage your roster online through Team Central
  • You will need your team ID number to complete the online roster. The team ID number is provided via email upon acceptance.
  • Roster must be entered prior to players completing the waiver

Online Waiver

  • This is an ADULT event
  • All players must be 18 or older and  must complete the Liability Waiver for themselves

Players are NOT to be listed under the managers or other players account they must have their own NSC Event HQ account 

If you already have an existing NSC Event HQ account then log in here

If this is your first time using the system, you will need to create an NSC Event HQ household account.  

Step 1: Get started at  NSC Event HQ
The account owner must be 18 years of age or older.  (Only need one account per family)

Step 2: After you have created your account, verified your email and set up your password.

Step 3: If applicable you can then add your children and or spouse as “participants”. 

 

To complete a waiver

Log in to your NSC Event HQ account

Once logged in,

Step 1: Click on the “Customer Tools” link in the main menu bar and then select “Complete waiver”. 

Step 2:  Select the event.  You may also filter the events by sport and/or name. 

Step 3: Enter the Team id -provided by the team manager 

Step 4: Select your name from the roster (if you are not on the roster contact the team manager) 

Step 5: Select your name from the drop-down list
