  • Teams dropping from the tournament prior to Oct 3rd will receive a voucher in the amount of the team fee. The voucher is valid within one year of the event and can be used for other adult tournaments/leagues. Using the voucher is based on availability and does not guarantee acceptance into the event. No refunds will be issued for teams dropping after the deadline. 

  • Event Cancellation Policy: The following policy will be enacted IF an event hosted by the National Sports Center MUST be canceled by the directives of the State of Minnesota or the Minnesota Department of Health. Please know that our top priority on making decisions moving forward will be the safety and health of our players, coaches, referees, employees, and fans.  The Team registration refunds will be processed at 100% of the registration total. Refunds will be credited to your account no later than December 31, 2020.

  • Weather Cancellation Policy. If cancellation of the entire tournament occurs due to fall weather conditions, each team will receive a voucher in the amount of the tournament fees and may be used for specified 2020 events only. This does not apply to weather delays, shortened, rescheduled games and/or cancellation of tournament games after event has began.

• Men's 40+ - Allows up to three players within five years younger than the minimum age (35-39 years old)
• Men's 50+ - Allows up to three players within five years younger than the minimum age (45-49 years old)
• Men's 60+ - Allows up to three players within five years younger than the minimum age (55-59 years old)
• Women's Open
• Women's Recreational - *Not eligible for prize money
• Coed
• Coed Recreational - *Not eligible for prize money

Grandfather program allows teams from the 40+, 50+, and 60+ divisions to add to the roster up to three players within five years younger than the minimum age for the division.

For 40+: Up to three players age 35-39

For 50+: Up to three players age 45-49

For 60+: Up to three players age 55-59

• Once you create your account and verify your email, you will need to verify your email to set up a password.
• Then you can add "participants" to your account  for which you can complete waivers, sign up for programs and register for the player pool

• Interested coaches will contact you directly by email.
• If you are picked up by a team:
  • Remove your name from the player pool for this event by logging in to your NSC Event HQ, find your event pool and select “Leave Pool”

• 2023 Soktoberfest Rules
• Glasses: It is recommend for those who wear glasses to wear a strap or sports-type glasses to participate in games. The referee has the authority to determine if the glasses can be worn.
• Casts: It is recommended for those who have a hard or soft cast to wrap it with bubble wrap and an ace bandage. Prior to the game check with the referee. The referee has the authority to determine if they can play with the cast.
